Country-rocker Eric Church will kick off his much-anticipated The Outsiders World Tour in just a few short weeks. The North Carolina native is looking forward to the tour for many reasons, including hitting the road with the tour’s special guests.
“I’m bringing Dwight Yoakam back with me. I’m a huge Dwight Yoakam fan,” he says. “I grew up listening to Dwight’s music.”
Also on the tour is Brothers Osborne, a new duo that Church says he likes “a lot.”
After quite some time off the road, the “Cold One” singer is more than ready to be back on stage. “I’ve never been five months out from a tour and had the anticipation that I have for this one. I wish it was September right now!”
The Outsiders World Tour kicks off September 11th in Bossier City, Louisiana. It’s currently slated to run through year’s end, wrapping in mid-December in Birmingham, Alabama.
